Dale Ann Leatherman

Dale is a freelance travel writer specializing in adventure (biking, skiing, scuba diving, caving, rafting, sailing, kayaking, horseback riding), golf, and the Caribbean.

She is vice-president of the Society of American Travel Writers and a member of the Golf Travel Writers Association. Her career includes experience as a staff editor for newspapers, magazines and websites. Dale has been a freelance writer/editor for more than 20 years.

Her articles have been published in diverse outlets, including The Robb Report, Caribbean Travel & Life, Meetings & Conventions, LINKS, Executive Traveler, Continental, Luxury Living, Global Traveler and Islands.

Dale is editorial director of the Caribbean Escapes Collection, a multi-faceted program which includes a website and 400-page coffee-table book. Her golf column is a featured link on www.biztravelife.com (www.joesentme.com), a leading business travel website. Dale is the former content editor (now editor-at-large) of EquiSearch.com, the leading equestrian site on the web.

COURTING DANGER (St. Martin's Press 1990), her book collaboration with the late 1930s tennis star/WWII spy Alice Marble, is under movie option.

Donnelle Oxley

Freelancer Donnelle Oxley photographed golf and adventure travel part-time for more than 10 years before she retired from teaching high school English to pursue travel photography fulltime. She specializes in adventure, golf and the Caribbean. A lifetime of adventure sports (rafting, skiing, hiking, biking, scuba diving) and her status as an 7-handicap golfer make her well suited to the task.
